1. 5-Minute Loan Application

Submit a quick application to give us some background information about yourself and details about your project and funding needs. This will allow us to get a better idea of what you’re trying to accomplish and help us understand how we can help you.

2. Discuss the Opportunity

We will contact you and further discuss your project and funding needs in more detail. Here we will see if we are your best option, answer any questions you may have, and begin the process to get you funded.

3. Fill Out Loan Application Documents

Fill out the formal loan application with personal, property and loan details so we can begin the due diligence process. This is just standard paperwork to help us work efficiently and better suit your needs.

4. Due Diligence Process

We will conduct our due diligence process and go through all the necessary documents, appraisals, and paperwork. If everything works out, we can close within as quickly as seven days and begin your funding. Our process is transparent; we do not charge junk fees or hidden fees of any kind. We issue a term loan with interest only monthly payments.

5. Keep Us Updated and Make Monthly Interest Payments

While you work on your project, we’ll ask you for updates about your progress to share with the lender(s) who believed in you, along with our other customers who are contemplating projects of their own.

6. Get Draws When You Need Them

As you get work completed on your project and want to get reimbursed from your rehab escrow, contact us and we’ll have an inspection completed to ensure the work is done. You’ll get a reimbursement check quickly from the title company holding the escrow funds.
